At Mycraftora.in, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Exchange Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. No Return / Refund Policy

• We do not offer returns or refunds on any product.
• We only offer exchanges, subject to the conditions mentioned below.

2. Exchange Eligibility

• Exchange requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• To be eligible for exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, with original packaging, tags/labels intact, and no signs of damage or wear.
• If the item is not in its original condition upon inspection, the exchange request will be rejected, and the item will be sent back to the customer.
• Certain items (e.g., customized/personalized products, perishable goods, or items marked as "non-exchangeable") are not eligible for exchange.

3. How to Initiate an Exchange

1. Email us at pjuhi0058@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, mentioning your order number and reason for exchange.
2. Our team will review your request and share further instructions.
3. Once approved, ship the item back to the address provided by our team (return shipping costs may apply unless the exchange is due to our error).
4. On receiving the item, our team will inspect its condition before processing the exchange.

4. Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Item

• If you received a defective, damaged, or wrong item, we will offer a free exchange/replacement, subject to availability.
• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue for a faster resolution.

5. Non-Exchangeable Items

• Customized or made-to-order products
• Items marked as final sale or non-exchangeable at the time of purchase
• Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer
• Items returned without original packaging, tags, or in used/damaged condition

6. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, and the exchange process (if applicable) must be followed instead.
